TERMS & CONDITION

  1. The standard check-in time for the hotel is 2:00 p.m., and check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
  2. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and are chargeable.
  3. Cancellations made at least 4 days prior to the arrival date will not incur any charges. Beyond that, one-night retention charges will be applicable for flexible/walk-in/OTA bookings.
  4. Group cancellations (5 Rooms & above) made 25 days prior to the arrival date will incur cancellation charges of 100% of the total length of stay.
  5. In the event of a no-show, a fee equivalent to one night’s room charge (inclusive of any applicable prevailing government tax) will be charged to your advance payment provided at the time of reservation or as per any revised booking conditions according to the offer.
  6. All standard policies pertaining to the hotel/hospitality industry apply when specific reservation policies are not mentioned in the “Reservation Confirmation” document.
  7. Guests are required to produce original proof of ID at the time of check-in.
  8. All assets and valuables of the hotel must be adequately maintained and should not be damaged or destroyed.
  9. Lost belongings found on the premises will be logged and kept in a secure location for a period of 3 months. Perishable items will be disposed of immediately. The management is not responsible for lost belongings but will attempt to assist on moral grounds.
  10. The hotel is not responsible for any damage or disappearance of vehicles kept in the parking area.
  11. Valet parking is at the guest’s risk, and the hotel will not be accountable for the loss of any valuables from parked vehicles.
  12. The hotel reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  13. Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectable manner and avoid causing any nuisance or annoyance within the hotel premises. Guests not complying with this may be asked to leave the premises.
  14. Arms and ammunition are strictly prohibited on the hotel premises.
  15. Pets are not allowed on the hotel premises.
  16. Acceptance of local IDs is subject to management discretion.
  17. Flower petals are not allowed on beds or carpeting.
